Who we are. DEFABRIK Ltd (“DEFABRIK”, “we”, “us”) is an event decor and production studio based at Spyrou Araouzou, 165, Lordos Waterfront court, office 401, 3036, Limassol, Cyprus. We are the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@defabrik.cy.

What we collect. When you use the “Discuss your event” form, we collect your name, email address, the type of event you are planning and any details you choose to share. We do not collect payment information through this site.

How we use it. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss your event. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Our legal basis is your consent and, once you ask us for a proposal, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Service providers. To operate this site we rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and delivery), a form-delivery service that passes your inquiry to our mailbox, and Google (web fonts and, only if you accept cookies, Google Analytics). Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area and rely on standard contractual safeguards.

Cookies & analytics. The site itself uses no cookies that require consent. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site and, where enabled, to show you relevant advertising. You can accept or decline in the cookie banner and withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser data or contacting us.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@defabrik.cy. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy) or with your local supervisory authority.

Data retention. We keep inquiry data only for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our client records, after which it is deleted.
